All Foot Fraternity Photographs are Copyright protected under International Law.  All group members are welcome to download any photograph for your own private use. 

No Foot Fraternity Photographs may be reprinted, republished, redistributed, or posted on Yahoo sites or other websites, or altered in part or in whole without the expressed consent of the Foot Fraternity and the Model’s Release Form.

  Digital Millennium Copyright Act Safe Harbor
The Foot Fraternity, Ltd. protects against liability for copyright infringement resulting from users' violation of Copyright laws and the uploaded content is that we comply with the safe harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.  As web site owners we comply with the requirements of the DMCA and take appropriate action after receiving notice of copyright infringement from this copyright owner, and the violator will be liable for money damages for the model and the Foot Fraternity’s uploaded content.

Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)

 Unless you have the Fraternity and the model release what you do when you take these images and violate the Copyright law is illegal in the USA . It puts that group or individual at risk of being shut down and the Group owner at risk of a lawsuit (as well as yourself and possibly jail depending on which state you live for publishing the photo on other websites or magazines.
